I am focused and passionate about women’s health and run specialist pregnancy (antenatal) pilates classes, postnatal pilates classes and classes for mums with children of all ages.
I also run classes suitable for older adults, beginners and those rehabilitating from an injury.

Pilates can be adapted to help anyone. Every exercise can be modified to suit an individual’s needs whether you are a budding athlete, you have never exercised before, you have an injury, you are rehabilitating, you are pregnant or you have just had a baby.
